Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since placing your order, we will not be able to accept a returned item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Digital downloads
Only defective, damage or lost items can be refunded. This is because all items are handmade to order. We do not hold stock items. We do not offer refunds on gift card.
Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To start the refund process, contact us at email@example.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit company to process and post your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or/and your bank to check the processing time of your refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
